I will say my experince with AI assistant on my cell carrier did not go so well ended up with two phones that could not connect to the network. finally had to talk to a real person to get it fixed.
I recently replaced my very old phone. All I had to do was swap the SIM and then follow the prompts on the phone -- which actually required a second phone for one of the steps. There was no AI involved. Also, I have yet to jump on the eSIM bandwagon, though the replacement phone has that ability.
I distrust AI. your IMEI and Serials and whatnot may ended up somewhere where neither you nor owner of AI services has any idea about.
PC are a security vulnerability, AI is same, multiplied 10000 times.
I try not disclosing anything that I am not afraid of losing.
