I'm using Kubuntu..... :)
I read that I had to use LSHW, or some other Utils, and that giant wall of text is what I got..... I used LSHW.... :) Basically, whenever I use Bleachbit, change some settings, sync Chromium and Chrome with my Google Account, my Login Screen freezes when I hit "Enter", after logging in again, when Restarting, Shutting Down, and Powering On, or when I simply Logout..... It stays there, repeatedly..... Sometimes, I have to use the "Nuke" option, and run rm -r ~/.kde, instead of what USUALLY works, which is rm -r ~/.config..... Then I run sudo restart lightdm.... This usually works, and it isn't something I mind having to do from time to time... :( However, at times I am NOT so lucky..... Sometimes, after an Update, which requires a Restart, my Touchpad wouldn't work.... At ALL..... D: Such is what befell me this morning..... I Re-installed Kubuntu, and my Touchpad worked again... Other times, when the Login Screen froze, which still lets me move my Mouse Cursor, I then had to Re-install AGAIN, since neither removing .kde or .config via TTY seemed to fix it..... I keep ChromeOS Linux on here, to use the command there to Reinstall Kubuntu, and *buntu, Mint, and pretty much EVERY Distro, except Puppy, seems to be too LARGE to boot from USB, so Imaging my SSD not an option..... I mean, I DO use it for SOME other things, but anyway..... Long story short, I lost track of the ammount of times I had to Re-install this beast, and have now mastered the art of installing it..... I EVEN learned how to set up Wine properly (which I ALWAYS had trouble with in the past...)... Ogod.... Honestly, running *buntu on this Chromebook has been a never-ending nightmare for me..... Honestly, I think it's CEARTAINLY the Hardware..... :( If I had been introduced to Linux on this thing, I might have went RIGHT back to Windows..... D: Ugh..... Alternate Futures can be SCARY..... :( As a bit of background, I once ran Linux (Mint and Ubuntu) on two SD Cards, on a Toshiba Satellite, virtually FLAWLESSLY, (except Ubuntu's incessant "System Problem" "errors".....)... I also have Peppermint OS and Kubuntu running on a Dell Inspiron 1420, of all things.... And *they're* doing fine..... :( I feel bad, having issues like this, and then thinking that I have something to give to the FOSS Community..... But, I suck at Python and C++, and can't make anything useful..... Thanks for any help, guys.......

When using Bleachbit, be careful because you may be deleting needed files. If possible, only use one distro on the chromebook. Do you see any important information in the logs (/var/logs/syslog.log or dmesg)? As for your software repos, did you set it to allow installing proprietary software (restricted) which may be used to install any needed proprietary drivers?

The Chromebook uses some specialized hardware that may not be compatible with many Linux distros. Sometimes, special steps are required for installation.

As for WINE - http://www.linux.org/threads/installing-and-configuring-windows-emulator-wine.4368/

Thanks for the response, guys..... :) As for Wine, I know how to set it up now.... :D But, I don't quite feel like forcing that freeze issue to occur again, but I'm sure it'll happen soon (Godforbid)..... :( When it does, I'll use TTY again and log the issue to a TXT file with NANO, and restart it again, deleting the .config Folder again..... :) I'll then open up Mousepad or whatever, and Copy/Paste the output here..... :D I keep ChromeOS on here mainly for the purpose of Re-installation, though, since I can't boot MOST Distros via USB..... :( Wait..... I found them..... I'll post the files here, instead of taking up screen space..... :)

Crap..... Can't upload .txt Files..... Uh, here:

Ugh..... How can you guys even sift THROUGH that.........? D: Thank you, though..... :)

I am not done looking yet, but I see some odd behavior. USB device 3 is disconnected near the end of the first log post of yours. After the USB device is disconnected, init is killed. Afterwards, the system seems to continue and then your primary/first wireless device (wlan0) tries to use IPv6.

Are you on a network using IPv6? What device is USB #3 (try running "lsusb" on a working OS on the same hardware)? Do live CDs work? Is the distro installed on the USB or does the USB device contain an installer? Did you unplug a USB device or turn-off/disable Wifi, the keyboard, touchpad, webcam, mic, etc.? The keyboard, webcam, etc. are internally attached to the USB bus, so your system reported 12 (yes, tweleve) USB devices. Is a printer plugged in? Is the live-USB device "locked"? Does the USB device with the distro support high-traffic?

The logs indicate that you are booting from sda7 and that sda has 12 partitions (sda1-sda12). Is this correct? If so, is sda7 a logical or primary partition? Have you tried using GPT instead of MBR?

Do you have problems with your Wifi?

When you boot up, is the Xbox controller plugged in or do you plug it in after booting?

The system logs are standardized, so this is our native language.:D Sifting through logs is easy for us.

Ah, sorry guys..... Been moving, so no Internet..... And someone else needs to use the only connection we have..... But, really quick, turns out that the tiny SSD, only 16gb, ran out of space..... At least, that's what causes the FREEZING at Login.... Now the occasional Touchpad issues with certain updates......? Different story althogether..... : D

Okay..... Wi-Fi is up, so I can reply again..... Though the freeze issue seems to be the result of having too little space, like, 0 KB of space, it happened whether the XBOX Controller was plugged already in or not..... :)

Hm..... So there IS an issue........ Well, I have managed to boot Debian, Puppy, and OTHER small Distros via USB (not much RAM in Acer's Chromebooks, I guess.....) Let me try to run that command on THIS OS, Kubuntu, and post it here..... :) If it's too long, it'll be on Pastebin..... :D Also, I was using my neighbor's Wi-Fi for a while, but now that we have a HOME Network set up..... It's, let me see now....... Wait..... How do you find that out.....? :( I don't know, to tell you the truth.....

I did the "lsusb" thing in ROXterm.... :D I LOVE downloading and using multiple Terminals..... XD

And no.... So far as I know, I didn't deactivate any USB Device..... :) But... Wow... :O I had no IDEA that all those Devices are USBs, though..... :O And also, how do I tell if a LiveUSB is "locked".....? :(
