boot of cumputer itself when test NVMe SSD and catched the wrong message as follows,

Two problems want to figure out,
1."Controller“ in this message,Whose Controller, DUT or host,
2. What the meaning of error Code " Whose Controller”

Also try some actions with Unbantu solution posted here, no worked.
localhost kernel:nvme nvme2: controller is down; will reset: CSTS=0xffffffff, PCI_STATUS=0x10

Hmm... Do you have an Intel CPU and a BIOS that has RST enabled instead of AHCI?

Our PC is an AMD CPU and BIOS 4100, do not meet the reboot problem with Intel CPU
Could you help advise more configure about RST, does RST set up in BIOS, please?
Thank you!

Yeah, RST is in BIOS but you'd not have it as it's an Intel-specific thing. I want to say it's "Rapid Storage Technology"? Something like that, and it causes issues similar to what you're seeing.

I could be wrong and AMD may also use it. Go ahead and check. It'd be near SATA, AHCI, and RST somewhere in the storage settings in the BIOS. You can check.
