What is the order of graphics initialization? Why does the system boot but does not display an image?

That syslog file is quite extraordinary. A couple of the oddities are these:
It appears to identify a fifth hard drive (sde) which is a mere 4.5 GiB in size, but is divided into 48 partitions!
Code:
Apr 13 15:44:22 localhost kernel: [    1.810971] sd 0:0:0:4: [sde] 1179648 4096-byte logical blocks: (4.83 GB/4.50 GiB)
<snip>
Apr 13 15:44:22 localhost kernel: [    1.948694]  sde: sde1 sde2 sde3 sde4 sde5 sde6 sde7 sde8 sde9 sde10 sde11 sde12 sde13 sde14 sde15 sde16 sde17 sde18 sde19 sde20 sde21 sde22 sde23 sde24 sde25 sde26 sde      27 sde28 sde29 sde30 sde31 sde32 sde33 sde34 sde35 sde36 sde37 sde38 sde39 sde40 sde41 sde42 sde43 sde44 sde45 sde46 sde47 sde48

The syslog file itself is nearly 30,000 lines in what looks like a single boot which is unusual in itself, but there are so many lines which are repetitious, the kernel just seems to be looping with nowhere to go, and it doesn't end up settling down to provide a viable system.

I'm not familiar with ARM architecture, but this log file is so packed with oddness and errors, I would be seriously looking at reinstalling from media that I checked was valid and verified. A reasonable hypothesis I would think is that this installation was marred by faulty media.

Welcome to the forums
you could always run in the terminal, inxi -Fnxz and paste back, so we can see what your machine is made of

OK let's ask a different way, what is the make and full model number, and I will see what I can find.
oh, and if you're trying to install Ubuntu, you need a hard drive of between 14 and 20 gb minimum depending on which distribution

OK found what I was looking for, you have

Adreno Graphics

you will need to download the Linux drivers for this from https://sourceforge.net/projects/adrenodrivers/

sde is a swap file, the OS will use this instead of ram when under load

Thanks for researching it. I had mistakenly imagined it as a different system. Hope you can sort it out for the OP.

@NorthWest
that's about as far as I can go, as I have never tried loading Linux to an Android [or any other] mobile phone, from the little I know they normally have Mali graphics [also not directly supported by Linux]
