Just remove /opt/anaconda3, then run the anacona installer als normal user.
You need to do it as root since the directory structure is owned by the root user.i have no permission to remove /opt/anaconda3 file . as there is no option to cut the file

I can't read minds, so you are going to have to be a bit more specific. When you run the installer you can choose whatever location you would like to install or you can just keep the default which is going to be /home/$USER/anaconda3. Instead of launching anaconda-navigator, you can just also try launching jupyter-notebook as a command.again it is giving problem
