I just installed Debian 10 on a vm, then I did the following:
1. sudo apt-get install apt-get install libgl1-mesa-glx libegl1-mesa libxrandr2 libxrandr2 libxss1 libxcursor1 libxcomposite1 libasound2 libxi6 libxtst6
2. bash Anaconda3-2020.07-Linux-x86_64.sh (I kept the default path, so /home/tux/anaconda3, when it asks you if you want to initialize it just say yes. This way each time you restart en login again anaconda base will be activated without you having to activated it by sourcing. It will add some lines to your .bashrc)
3. You will first have to source your .bashrc since you are still logged in: source /home/raman/.bashrc
4. anaconda-navigator

What happens when you do: telnet assets-cdn.anaconda.com 443
Please share the output here.

i am highly confused. what i can do is install it again and you can help me step by step. i am highly tired
Just remove the anaconda3 directory where ever you installed it, which I think is /home/raman/anaconda3. Then you can follow the steps I gave you in my previous post.

please don't go anywhere for 20 minutes.i will follow this site https://docs.anaconda.com/anaconda/install/linux/ and icould not understand "3. You will first have to source your .bashrc since you are still logged in: source /home/raman/.bashrc"
Once you finish going through the installer your anacona base will not be activated yet. So since you selected intitialize(yes) during the installation it added the required activation configuration to your /home/kumar/.bashrc. By sourcing that you will activate anaconda base while you are still logged in. Other option is to logout of your system and log back in again.

i have reached to the last step it is saying"
Get a free trial at: https://www.anaconda.com/pycharm

"
what should i do after that -
/home/raman/.bashrc
or something other
You can ignore the line about pycharm. If you said yes during the installation when it asked do you want to initiliaze anaconda: Then you can either logout and back in or you can source your .bashrc, so: source /home/raman/.bashrc

Then when you open a terminal you should see something with base in it.
