Silly me forgot to mention...Cinnamon 22.2 came with Kernel 6.14 which sucks and caused many problems.
You just install Kernel 6.8 which fixes these problems...I've had a few Kernel 6.8 updates and is now 6.8.0.90 on both 22.1 and 22.2 with no problem.
