which is the best tool to install external malware sign databases for clam av?

Hello my friends.

I wish to setup a security system in MX linux with clamtk and a tool for installing signatures automatically.
I know that detection rate in clam av is low and if you install third party databases you can increase this rate very much.
I am researching for tooling for install third party malware signatures for clam av or clamtk.
I find https://github.com/extremeshok/clamav-unofficial-sigs that installs securityinfo etc lists, but there are more tools.

Which are the best tool for installing third party signatures for clam av or clamtk?.
Is there a way to install it for clamtk or clam av once and then let to the system do updates of the signs from these tools automatically for ever?
