I stick with bash as I'm in various servers throughout the day and know it's installed and identical to my default install(s). If I worked on just a few servers, i'd probably look into other shells.

I tend to stick with bash and sh too.
Even on my Windows machine at work, I'd rather use Cygwin with bash (or any of the other unix-like shells) than resort to using powershell or cmd.
