What could be a good Silverlight equivalent in Linuxmint Cinnamon 16 and how to install it?
Next couple of years from what I have heard. There is talk about Netflix and Amazon instant video already experimenting with HTML 5.When is that going to happen?
I have to try that with Chromium.Old thread but here's some useful info, moonlight is not dead:

Google chrome has good support for it (in Arch's AUR repos, it's google-chrome-extension-moonlight), so if anyone interested is not afraid of having their soul stolen, just go for it. I had to install it yesterday - working great.
Chromium may also work with that after some tweaking.

I wonder if that works for Amazon Instant Video also?
