weird drm issues causing 2-5 second stutter during playback of any drm content in any browser

only for me at least, affected kernel 6.5+, after countless googling and tons of useless tutorial fixes, its poor freesynch implementation causing the bug, just turn it off if it is turned on in your monitor's settings. my issue went completely away but now i dont get to use freesynch, however with this rig, freesynch is useless anyway lmao
