Have you ever wanted to boot an SSH user off your server? Well, you can do that.

In fact, you can do that quite easily.

In fact, it relates to the most recent article - which is why it was written for today. A couple of the more recent articles applied and it was fresh in my memory, so that's why the article got published when it did.


Again, most users aren't going to need to know this information. They can apply this information to other things and it's good to learn for the sake of learning, but it really isn't going to apply to you.

I did mention security in the article. If you're relying on this as a part of your security, you've done something horribly, horribly wrong. It should never reach the point where you're manually booting people who are connected via SSH - other than some pretty specific circumstances (which I touch on in the article).
