I've probably asked this before! Have you ever wanted to find files by their extension? Well, you can do that! Yes, you should already know that you can do that - assuming that you've been following along.

I think the last time we did this we did it with ls and grep. Well, this time around we're doing it with the locate command. (Except you won't be installing 'locate', you'll be installing 'mlocate' which will describe itself as 'plocate' because Linux just wants to confuse me.


This one isn't even all that long, at least compared to the more recent articles.

Also, I forgot to write a meta article last month. Oops.
