This may help with volume and other settings.....apparently on a Lenovo the F keys are used extensively
The guy speaks quickly....you may need to stop, rewind and start some of the sections again to get a grasp of what he is saying
Personally I would take a written note....that help cement the action in the memory.
Selfie Videos.... I do not use this myself....but I hear a lot about an app called Cheese
click on menu....type in software manager....click on it.....when it opens (it may take a minute) ..type in cheese....it will appear.....install it. You can access it by typing cheese into the menu.

While you are at it......it would be a good idea to add Software Manager to the panel (task bar)....simply because you will be downloading a few apps and it saves time and patience by having it handy
clcik on menu...type in software manager....then, RIGHT CLICK on software manager, and the select add to panel.......That will place the software manager's icon in the panel (task bar)....from there all you have to do to open the software manager, is single click the icon in the panel./ (again, it usually takes a short while to open)
You can also elect to right click on software manager and select add to desktop (just depends on where you want it....it may take up valuable space on the desktop etc)
Usually with apps like cheese, they will save whatever you do to downloads or a specific folder....somewhere
I save anything of this nature to my Desktop....because it is quicker and easier to find. After I have used it, I then delete it to regain desktop space. I have two monitors, but I hate cluttering up either of them.
Go for it !
Just remember.....if you have Timeshift taking a daily snapshot, you can afford to lash out a bit.....if you make a mistake somewhere, it IS fixable.
