Sam Neill has died at the age of 78 just months after he revealed he was 'cancer-free' following a long battle with a type of blood cancer.

Sam was one of lifes gentler souls. Born in Ireland, but soon moving to New Zealand, across the ditch from Australia, we regarded him as one of ours.
It was stated by his family that his death was unrelated to his previous skirmish with cancer in 2022.



A dignified person who always held his head high, and was as down to earth as they come.
