Hello,
I've bought a new Ryzen 5 5600 (Zen3 Arch) to use a a fileserver+ and would like to optimize it for energy efficiency.
Therefore I'd like to validate that the idle state (C)C6 is actually used.
CoreFreq's Performance Monitoring shows that Core C6 State and Package C6 State are enabled, but the tab Idle C-States just show that C1 is used. As far as I know, most tools regarding power consumption are tailored to Intel, so I'm not sure if the Idle C-States are displayed correctly.
Can I somehow verify that the C6 state is reached on my AMD CPU?
I'm already using the amd-pstate driver.
