Hello,
I have Ubuntu installed as virtual machine which is running on Hyper-V.
How do I resize a partition?
Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
tmpfs 993768 96320 897448 10% /run
/dev/mapper/ubuntu--vg-ubuntu--lv 64188044 64171660 0 100% /
tmpfs 4968824 0 4968824 0% /dev/shm
tmpfs 5120 0 5120 0% /run/lock
/dev/sda2 1992552 325244 1546068 18% /boot
tmpfs 993764 4 993760 1% /run/user/10 00

O need to resize the partition /dev/mapper/ubuntu--vg-ubuntu--lv
How can I do that without loss of data?

Perhaps have a look here: https://askubuntu.com/questions/196125/how-can-i-resize-an-lvm-partition-i-e-physical-volume.

Since you’re on LVM, the usual trick is to expand the virtual disk in Hyper-V, then use lvextend and resize2fs (or xfs_growfs if it’s XFS) to stretch the filesystem no data loss if done right.
