Hello

From couple days a have a problem with unfounded eject my usb flash drive from port despite he's mounted and system recognise him.
I'm adding here that this is Raspberian system and virtual machine RPi in VirtualBox.
Virtual machine is fresh, usb drive is added in settings but in moment when we create system image disc by specific software or command
,,dd" usb drive is ejected after some moments.
I don't really know where the problem is. USB drive have 16 GB soo memory limitation shouldn't happend

By the way on regular debian distribution copy files from usb drive to HDD workink fine but in 2nd way from HDD is problem. Files tansfer for about 1 mb/s.

I'II be appreciate for indicate any way

There is a limit to file sizes under Linux on FAT32. You might try formatting it with exfat.

How old is the USB, they don't last forever, especially if you wipe and re-use them quite often

FAT32 maximum single file size is 4GB. If you have a video or software larger than 4GB in size, you just can’t save it on FAT32 file system; Error "The File Is Too Large for the Destination File System", "The Parameter Is Incorrect", or "Flash Drive Says Not Enough Free Space but There Is Plenty" can occur frequently. FAT32 max partition size - 2TB - FAT32 is not a journaling file system, which means that file system corruption can happen much more easily - FAT32 doesn’t support file permissions
