No big deal to run Linux as a dedicated Home Theater computer?

New Member
I did a search for threads on using the Linux platform for music, videos, managing FLACK files, playing files for export to an AV receiver....

A few things did come up, and I need to read them more carefully, over time.

It seems like this software and related applications are more than adequate for HT service.

If anyone is using this system, please let me know and also, I would like to see specifically what you are using it to accomplish.

I used to use Kodi on my HTPC, recently I switched over to Plex that way I don't need another computer and can stream directly to the Plex tv app from my home server running Plex.
