Okay. The version I have is what was installed when this machine was last rebuilt, I believe that was Mint Xfce 22.1 and it's been upgrading packages as recommended ever since, including kernels. I don't typically use inxi and didn't install it explicitly, so I assume it was part of the initial installation. Software Manager does not show it as being installed but does offer a version 3.3.34-1-1 available as a system package.I think you really need to upgrade your software.
Debian uses old packages but you're even more behind than that.
