i actually mean: Most technologically advanced linux distro that can be installed quickly on a 28.8 GB Kingston DataTraveler 3.0 USB Device usb stick and run fluid if you use the device i said i used to install it, to run it

Nothing installs onto a usb flash drive faster than Easy OS or Puppy Linux.
I know Easy OS comes with Fluid installed by default.
Easy OS can be installed as a frugal to a usb flash drive.
Can't say it's the most technologically advanced Linux distro.

Fatdog64 / Porteus / Devuan Live / Crowz - just some that I use on occasion.

(Plus, installed Devuan & Crowz to internal drives.)

A non Linux one would be Haiku (r1b4).
