Is there any way to manage what's on my generation 7 iPod Touch on Linux? I know iTunes itself is Mac and Windows exclusive.

If I recall correctly, they have a USB feature on those iPods that allows USB transfer. I don't know if that is for music though. If that does not work, however, you might have to run the Windows version of ITunes in wine/bottles. Will hopefully dig in a little later on about how the compatibility is with Wine.

iTunes itself does run in wine, but it does not support Syncing sadly,
