Are you asking? I don't get this. What is it exactly you want/need to do? As I see it, having Linux on android and photoshop on Kali are two whole different things and can't see how they can be related so it might help if you elaborate a little bit about that.

For Photoshop in Kali, I would suggest installing Wine.

For Linux on Android, there are a number of different solutions. I suggest you do a web search (www.bing.com/search?q=run+linux+on+android) and choose the method that works for you.

I suggest using GIMP. It's easier and does a fine job of image processing.
