Linux disaster tool for admins

Does any linux tool can do all of this ? Send email if:

1) hard drive is failing (errors in smartctl -x)
2) raid is failing
3) disk space close to 100%
4) unsafe reboot or hang
5) long 100% load
6) other critical errors which I don't yet know

I know this can be done by hand using different tools, but there should be one tool for this!

The admins I'm familiar with write their own scripts from the multitude of discrete tools in linux that can accomplish the tasks mentioned, just as you mentioned it can be done. They do that to cover the boutique nature or particularity of the systems they work with.

What comes to mind in relation to the tasks mentioned though is the phoronix test suite: https://www.phoronix-test-suite.com/, but not having used it I can't say more.
