If you use flatpaks this should be of interest.

3rd party link no thanks

Unlike Jack Wallen to push crap like that....I was under the impression he was more careful than that.

Just for the record, I don't use flatpaks at all....I found the ever increasing size of them to be intrusive.

However, they were simplicity itself to "manage" .......so why jack feels so strongly about "definitely installing and using this app" is ....interesting..

Good find, @kc1di

Not hard to understand the why.

^^^^^^.....that !......my thoughts, exactly !

Good one, @The Duck

I don't see anything exactly wrong with it. There are people who don't want to use the terminal unless they have to. Not all distros come ready for flatpaks, and not all of them integrate them with their software manager. So, it's a 'reasonable' thing.

I mean, I'm not going to use it. I'd not decry someone who did. If I were to recommend any flatpak magement tool, I'd recommend 'flatseal'. That's the only such tool I would suggest. I'd recommend because it is a tool to manage the permissions of said flatpaks, which can come in handy.

Exactly.
