So here's deal.
My ISP is acting like a dork and doesn't understand what the problem is. Long story short, my internet has recently gotten an upgrade and I, now, sort of have the option to choose between the new (faster) connection and the old (fast) one. The problem is the new connection is poopoo and totally unstable.
So I intend to send a graph of my internet speed to my ISP which should adequately portray the instabilities of the new connection, for which I already have the appropriate measuring tool.
But instead of just downloading a large dummy file, is there a better way to open the floodgates and saturate my download speed until I say otherwise?
