How to make arch repo

emm... i gotta make MinecraftOS,based on arch there.then i need to make a repo by pacman.

So how can i make it?

I do not believe there is a tool like reposync ( redhat/fedora ) or apt-mirror ( mint/ubuntu ) for arch Linux.
You could set up squid to be a caching server, and maybe use rsync to keep the files updated.
