Ok my problem is im running mint 13 cinnamon and when i am running either of them (to 800x600 4:3 and my settings are 1280x600 16:10) if i try and make it full screen it switches my display settings and it makes it very difficult to get them back to normal i am running this on my laptop its an acer aspire 4730z i am new to all this so i dont want to go just switching settings and have to re do the laptop again i already have done that once cause i couldnt get my screen back to normal then when i restarted it nothing would come up but a black screen any help would be greatly appreciated
