    Not able to run rpm or yum command . getting this exception,

    error while loading shared libraries: libnss3.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

    I can see you are using an RPM-based Distro, but which one? centOS7, Fedora 29, other?

    Tell us some more. Someone will be along to help.
