Complete noob to the idea of Linux, I have some questions I would like answered

I haven't checked out Fedora yet. I've just been playing around a little bit with Ubuntu with UTM, but I'll check out Fedora sometime.
Although this only supports up to the M2 chip for Macs, in terms of what I am seeing here.

Looks like a lot of essential things like WIFI, Bluetooth, Keyboard aren't supported.
Dont know about the M4, all these work great on the M2.
