Cannot Log in

Hi
i just Installed UCS 4.0 and I cannot log in into it. it didn't ask about username or password. i just set my root password 123456789 but UCS do not let me to log in with root User.
Please Help

Hi And Thx For All your Helps and you dont know how grateful i am.
but i found Problem UCS works like Windows it main User is Administrator sooo. this was the problem .
i wana thank you again for all helps
