Yes I looked over that. Looks like you can still assign 730G to your root volume since that is where your shared network drive is mounted from looking at your windows file explorer screenshot. You can do the following.sda2 is the boot partition.

I was thinking maybe I could use a live usb and try to add a partition with gparted.
lvextend -L +730G /dev/ubuntu-vg/ubuntu-lv -r
