after apt-get update, apt-get dist Kali Linux upgrade stuck

after command apt-get update apt-get dist-upgrade the Kali Linux virtual machine hangs, like in this image I am using Windows 7 64 bit in the log file there is this message

The processor has been disabled by the guest operating system. Shut down or reset the virtual machine.
