21.04 "Disks" application no response from nautilus icon

I had same issue few months back. Any clue what is happening ?
Update :
Works as expected when started from "Show Applications" utility.

Update :
After "Remove from favorites"
1. Disks icon stayed - did not get removed as expected.
2. Disk application executes from nautilus icon.
