just to share this good news with you all here,
The FreeCAD team has announced the official feature freeze for version 1.1 on September 15, 2025.

This marks the beginning of the release branch process, where bug fixes have top priority. This means that new features are largely complete. Instead, we are looking forward to a stable and robust 1.1 release. Currently under discussion are highlights such as the new transform manipulator and improvements to UI material rendering, as well as OpenGL textures (see the links below).
question: I'm curious: What changes would you see at the top of your wish list? or do you have specific bug fix requests?
