When I was a kid I was in hard-rock team, being Rainbow, Deep Purple, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi and AC-DC my usual go-tos. Now I'm discovering Metal with Metallica in my 45s
Hey! I'm new to Linux, but specifically to the latest OS Zorin. Any advice or recommendations on using it would be greatly appreciated! I want to learn as much as I possibly can not only about Linux, but about Zorin as well. I look forward to meeting you all here, eventually.
Today I learned:
1. Make sure to install, not only use the live instance thingy
2.

5. PGP and GPG are different stuff
How to create a custom login banner or motd in Linux. We discuss multiple methods, some that are distribution dependant and other work on any Linux system.
Today I learned:
1. Don´t use more than half of your RAM on VMs
2. Make sure to know how many logical cores you have.
3. My RPI3 had probably low video memory, because it was laggy as heck when I ran RPI OS for the first time. Hence for nr 4.
4. Give a good amount of video memory to VMs!
