What're Command Line ways to collect general Linux server information?

I have a task to automize the Linux server information gathering way in which we form the documentation used by our admins to solve the clients' problems.
The info I need includes OS, hardware and services (like web servers, data bases, balancers, systems services etc) data.
I cannot install any other services to the servers. I can only use bash scripts.

Sounds like a tricky one since it depends on the configuration.

Smartctl
Inxi
Neofetch (if installed)
Free
Top
Htop
Iotop
Nvidia-smi (if nvidia card present)

But it really depends on what runs on the computer and what its used for.

Check out post #55 for a partial summary of relevant programs. The outputs of all of them are amenable to being used in bash scripts.
