What driver in Ububtu creates eth0 interface?

Hi,

I have created my own networking driver, and I need all the transport that goes through eth0 interface to go through my driver.
To do that, I need to remove the standart module of Ubuntu, that creates the eth0 interface, and than insert my driver, so it'll register eth0.
Can anyone tell me, what's the name of the Ubuntu module I need to remove?
