I am trying to find a list of all the desktop environments available for Linux. I already have a number listed:
  • KDE Plasma (my personal favorite)
  • GNOME
  • LXDE
  • LXQt
  • Mate
  • Unity (old, I know, but there is work being done)
  • XFCE
  • Cinnamon
  • Deepin
  • Pantheon
  • Enlightenment
  • UKUI (from Ubuntu Kylin)
  • Budgie
  • i3wm
  • Sway
  • bspwm
  • theShell
  • PIXEL (from Raspbian)
  • Lumina (Project Trident)
  • Liri (LiriOS)
  • CDE
  • twin
  • sowm
  • Equinox
  • Trinity (KDE 3 fork)
[Edit]
  • Moksha (Bodhi's fork of Enlightenment)
Are there other desktop environments that I am missing from this list?

TIA.

Heck, I didn't know there were that many!

Some look as if they may be Windows Managers and not full-blown DEs (like bspwm and sowm) . Are you looking of WMs, as well?

Some of the things in your list are window managers. E.g. i3wm, bspwm, sowm.
So if we’re including window managers (as an alternative to a desktop):
Fvwm, dwm, 2wm, wmii, openbox, xmonad, ratpoison..... There are loads more. Those are just a few, off the top of my head!

G'day @LorenDB and welcome.
To that you can add Bohdi Linux 's Moksha and enlightenment desktops

From that page, here's some more links:

Note that some info on those pages may be obsolete, for example, Hawaii is now part of LiriOS.

I believe I already included enlightenment
You had my error that I overlooked it. :( just put it down to the many years that have flowed down the river of time since my arrival. :D

A window manager is all that is needed and does it all imo.
