Unable to connect

Hello

The next morning after my system, 21.1 Vera with Firefox browser was running fine the night before, I'm unable to connect to a lot of websites. I also notice that the adds that usually pop up are not able to do so on websites I can access. I get this "Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at www.ebay.com."

I have not knowingly changed anything. I restarted the computer a couple of times, no help there. I'm thinking about doing the timeshift to correct.

Obviously my desk top allows me to do this post, so no major problems, apparently.

Any suggestions?

I have confirmed it's a Spectrum problem. don't know how I can have a partial internet connection, but I do. TV also, I knew I should have checked that despite the spectrum wifi box showing no trouble color. Hope it's temporary.

Are you using a cable modem I am assuming you are - is it DOCSIS 3.0 or 3.1 - if it is an older 3.0 you will most likely need to upgrade to 3.1
I use MediaCom my old modem which was a 3,0 ran fine then one day it did not - I had to upgrade
