just want to share this with you: The Ubuntu Summit is approaching – in just under six weeks. Here's the information – so you can plan better.
@The mods: i hope that this is okay - and not againts any topic-rulez - i think that such gatherings would be interesting for the community. - i am not (!) affilated with the ubuntu-guys..
The topic: The Ubuntu Summit – the "showcase for innovation and ambition"
The driving force: The Ubuntu spirit: "I am what I am because of who we all are" – a truly classic open source claim.
...and that's much more than just a nice sentence: OS moves – creates new things – for everyone!
Open source communities are the places where new things are created – and boundaries are pushed.
In other words, places where knowledge is not only shared, but where new things are created together – quite simply:
Places of creativity and innovation – permanently
... Together we are more, we create more… - Open Source at its best!
