Ubuntu 18.04.1 Realtek Wireless Adaptor not recognized

Hi Michael.
I have a feeling that this is a combination of :

• Linux kernel in use
• Lenovo (we get many problems from them) and
• Realtek

... as a combined issue.

What I suggest is a recommend usb wireless adapter recommended by a user who uses Linux with the recommended wireless adapter.
