Trouble uninstalling Wine

Hi again,

So i installed wine through terminal but trying to open wine results in my computer slowing down for a brief 15-30 Seconds and want to remove it. How can i remove it?

click on meu and type in wine....what you are looking for is the actual name of the app that is installed...eg it might be called wine 5.2 or something similar....or it may just be called wine !

sudo apt purge package/app name

that will be come, fror example...

sudo apt purge wine

Type that into menu...right click and add to panel....software manager is invaluable....over 60,000 apps in there...all for Linux
