Hi,
if you have access to root user account. You can reset password with the passwd command or with yast. If you don't have access with root privileges, you can download sysresccd start your pc with it. chroot in your system an reset your password.
If the user account is deleted i don't know if you can restore it an how you can restore it.
Please note: You need many experience to change the password in chroot. Only do this if you know what you are doing!
