I love the book. I think it was better than the movie. Was watching the movie for the first time 2 nights ago. She was a hacker in the movie. I love how the actor portrayed her in the movie. Very introverted and standoffish. Forgot her name but she's married to Joaquin Phoenix.

I haven't read the book but I have watched both versions of the movie, English and Swedish?
Great movie. I liked it very much. Good acting.

Books are almost always better than the movies.

So there's more than one? They made The Girl That Kicked the Hornets Nest?

If I recall, I think the original Swedish version was a televison show/mini series. Noomi Rapace will always be Lizbeth Salander to me, even though Rooney Mara and Claire Foy gave pretty decent portrayals.

They were actual 2 hour-or-so movies, I think. I might have gone to the cinema to watch some of them, even, when I was still living in Spain, but I may be fabricating memories.
