Solved Rsync fresh Debian install

Rsync takes aeons after my fresh Debian install. The system is becoming close to un-usable.

Update: rsync is not workin in latest release (bookworm). I would only use the system prior to the latest version in any cases. Since my live usb installer always fetches the latest additions from the (stupid) programmers who loves to waste my time getting things not to work.

Shoot me. Rsync works. I was wrong. I admit it.
