Problem

I have a problem. My pc doesn't start after installation the new firmware, the problem is this.
Can you help me???

some of us may be wizards but none of us have the gift of second sight.
1]what is the machine [make and full model]
2] what distribution have you installed
3] are you aware if there was a problem with the update download [bad internet connection]

We do not mind if you have to use a translator to make your post in English, we can usually work with that.

OK what I can tell you..
your machine is an Acer Aspire 3 about 8 years old, [product A315-21] which is/ was an entry level laptop with R4 graphics
First thing to do is make sure your BIOS has been updated [updates from Acer inc.] this may cure the problem, if not it may mean installing an older driver

I took a look at a few of the errors and wonder if you are fighting the issue in the following post

If so to get past this you would temporarily turn off the TPM and boot. Ultimately I would agree that upgrading firmware would also be appropriate
