Solved Pop Os dpkg was interrupted, screen freezes while trying to fix it. Couldn't fixed!

This is the problem: "dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem. " When I run that code my screen freezes middle of the process. I tried nearly 25 times. Then try some different things and broke my main pop os mode. Now I'm running the oldkernel.conf mode. I couldn't force either. GPT or DeepSeek said delete nvidia drivers but I can't. I take the same dpkg error again. I'm stuck at this. Many people play with arch like playing a game but I couldn't even manage a basic OS like this! It's so frustrating.
I have two images, one from initramfs screen, I couldn't exit, I don't have the text why I couldn't.
Other image is about the freezing part, I took it when it freeze after the "dpkg --configure -a --force-all" in the oldkernel.conf mode.
