Pepper flash will no longer install due to Adobe flash end of life issue. Is there a workaround to get pepper flash installed?

Is Pepper Flash Player safe?
The program has been plagued with malware and related issues for a very long time. Before you install the player, try a browser that has a safe, embedded Flash player such as Google Chrome. Most times, Flash apps work just fine and it will keep you safe.
Which then poses the question, why would you want it installed ?

Pepperflash is maintained by google and hasn't had an update in almost 10 years so I wouldn't trust any installation source. If you want to be sure about the future and status of Pepperflash I would contact one of the e-mail addresses in the commit history. Lastly most websites now days use HTML5, javascript etc so what would you still need pepperflash/flash for?
