Need help with LCIP Test

Hey guys, I am from israel and I am learning Linux for a few months.
I have Israeli ID, and my details is in Hebrew which is not in English.
I don't have other ID so I can identify myself expect this israeli-hebrew ID.
Can I still be tested ? If I has only israeli ID?
